No. We do not accept returns or refunds unless stock arrives with you damaged.
No we do not, however our warehousing partner can offer this service to you.

Pallet deliveries will take a minimum of 2 working days.

Yes, we provide full VAT invoices for all orders placed with us.
Currently no. All invoices must be paid up-front prior to delivery.
All invoices can be paid by bank transfer.
Contact us via website, email or Whatsapp. Whichever method you prefer.
You can then discuss your order. An invoice will then be sent to you. Once the invoice is paid your stock will be dispatched.
We will state if the stock is not available immediately.
No. You can order as many units as you like.
Often taking all units available is the most profitable long term option as it secures all of the supply of discontinued items.

Yes. All prices you see on our stock-list are negotiable.

Yes. Upon opening an account you will receive an email and then you can download the live stock list.
Each time you download this stock-list it will be a live position of our stock and prices.
Yes, we supply and ship goods internationally.
We aim to process, pick and pack the orders within 48 hours. Sometimes there can be delays, you shall be notified at all steps of the way.
No, the pricelist and the webstore do not have VAT included in the price. This shall be shown on the invoice at the time of order.

Our Minimum order value (MOQ) is £1500 ex vat, Layers or pallets only. Please note that we do not offer test orders.
